Payment schedule
50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of USD 2500.00 is held on 0 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure

Fees
- Cleaning fee: $1000 Single Charge per Stay
- Pet fee: $150 per Pet Single Charge per Stay
